At Auralyx, we take great care in crafting and packaging our jewellery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence, and we will be happy to review your request.

Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or style selected

• Normal wear and tear

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

We kindly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before placing an order.
